Our story
We are M3M, a privately owned company, founded by Koen In 't Ven. With a solid 15 years background in the high demanding and competitive automotive and aerospace industry, he entered the hightech manufacturing industry in 2016 and has held various sr management and board positions.
With a strong belief that the industry had become too complex where organisations and supply chains grew into inflexible and costly operations, he saw an opportunity and need to support SME OEM's and Tier 1's to remain competitive by providing them agile, affordable hardware and assembly solutions and Fastlane Emergency Service.
M3M builds and continuously improves high tech components, modules and systems. We believe in a fast and flexible approach, based on a long-term vision. We focus on close cooperation, sustainable relationships and a high level of service, including the complete supply chain management.
It is not the 'what' that sets us apart, it is the 'how' that makes us stand out and what creates the added value for you. We provide customer specific components, modules and final assemblies and support our customers throughout the entire process with consultancy services for engineering & supply chain development. With our own authentic and effective approach we go outside beaten tracks. We combine our knowledge and experience of working with and for leading companies and startups in industries such as semicon, automotive, packaging and food to help you in getting the best Total Cost of Ownership. .
